Meditate facing Shiva (as Nandi faces the Linga) with japa of the Panchakshara—“Om Namah Shivaya”—cultivating steadiness, restraint, and protective resolve; offer simple worship with vibhuti (Tripundra) as a reminder of Shiva-centered discipline.
