वासुदेवः पुनर्बाणं नाशाय विबुधद्विषः । क्रोधेनाधत्त धनुषि सिंहवद्विननाद ह

于是婆苏提婆为灭除那位诸天之敌,怒而再搭一箭于弓上,发出如狮子般的咆哮。

A practical takeaway is japa with focused determination—especially the Pañcākṣarī “Om Namaḥ Śivāya”—to ‘aim the arrow’ of attention at inner negativity; optionally support with Tripuṇḍra (bhasma) and steady breath during repetition.
