It highlights the puranic principle that sincere bhakti draws compassionate divine response—grief is dispelled when the devotee receives assurance of grace and rightful fruit.
Though spoken by Viṣṇu, the Sṛṣṭi-khaṇḍa frames divine help as accessible through saguna devotion; in Shaiva reading, such assurance supports steadfast worship of Śiva (including Liṅga-upāsanā) with trust in divine anugraha (grace).
The takeaway is to replace anxiety with steady japa and surrender—especially Pañcākṣarī (Om Namaḥ Śivāya) japa—trusting that grace ripens into the appropriate boon in due time.
