शिवागमन-नाद-समागमः (Śiva’s Advent, the Drum-Sound, and the Cosmic Assembly)
इत्याकर्ण्य वचश्शम्भोस्सुप्रणम्य तदाज्ञया । अहं हरिश्च स्वं धामागमाव प्रीतमानसौ
ityākarṇya vacaśśambhossupraṇamya tadājñayā | ahaṃ hariśca svaṃ dhāmāgamāva prītamānasau
如是聆听了商布(Śambhu)之圣言,依其命令深深顶礼;我与诃利(Hari)遂返各自本宫,心怀欢喜而安泰。
Brahma
Tattva Level: pati
Shiva Form: Sadāśiva
It highlights śaraṇāgati (surrender) and vinaya (humility): even cosmic deities like Brahmā and Viṣṇu find auspiciousness by hearing Śiva’s words, bowing, and acting according to His will—an essential Shaiva Siddhānta attitude toward Pati (Śiva) as the supreme guide.
The verse models proper approach to Saguna Śiva—listening to His instruction, offering reverent prostration, and following His ājñā. This is the same devotional posture recommended in Liṅga worship: śravaṇa (hearing), namaskāra (bowing), and anuṣṭhāna (practice) in alignment with Śiva’s ordinance.
The practical takeaway is disciplined obedience expressed through namaskāra and inner gladness—daily prostration to Śiva, attentive śravaṇa of Śiva Purāṇa teachings, and steady japa of the Pañcākṣarī (“Om Namaḥ Śivāya”) as an enactment of living by Śiva’s command.
