सृष्टिक्रमवर्णनम् / Description of the Sequence of Creation
उदानाच्च पुलस्त्यं हि वसिष्ठञ्च समानतः । क्रतुं त्वपानाच्छ्रोत्राभ्यामत्रिं दक्षं च प्राणतः
udānācca pulastyaṃ hi vasiṣṭhañca samānataḥ | kratuṃ tvapānācchrotrābhyāmatriṃ dakṣaṃ ca prāṇataḥ
从上行气（Udāna）中确实产生了普罗斯底亚（Pulastya），同样也产生了伐希斯塔（Vasiṣṭha）。从下行气（Apāna）中产生了克拉图（Kratu）；从双耳中产生了阿特里（Atri）；从命根气（Prāṇa）中产生了达刹（Dakṣa）。
