महादेव उवाच । जन्ममृत्युभयाविष्टा नाहं स्रक्ष्ये प्रजा विधे । अशोभनाः कर्मवशा विमग्ना दुःखवारिधौ
mahādeva uvāca | janmamṛtyubhayāviṣṭā nāhaṃ srakṣye prajā vidhe | aśobhanāḥ karmavaśā vimagnā duḥkhavāridhau
大天尊曰:“噢,毗提(梵天)啊,我不将创造那被生死之惧所攫住的众生——性相不祥,受业力驱使而无可奈何,沉没于苦海之中。”
