即使爱欲之神摩那摩他(迦摩)也不能迷惑他。他是圆满的瑜伽行者;连把女子之名当作诱惑之境,他也不容忍。
Suta Goswami
Tattva Level: pati
Shiva Form: Mahādeva
It highlights the Shaiva ideal of a perfected yogin whose mind is not shaken by kāma (desire); such steadiness supports liberation by turning the soul away from pasha (bondage) and toward Pati (Shiva).
Linga-worship emphasizes inner purity and one-pointedness; the verse underscores that devotion and yogic discipline make the aspirant resistant to delusion, fitting the Saguna path where Shiva is worshipped as the Lord who burns desire and grants detachment.
Practice steady japa of the Panchakshara (Om Namaḥ Śivāya) with meditation and brahmacharya-like restraint; on days like Mahashivratri, support it with bhasma (Tripundra) and disciplined worship to weaken kama.
