噢诸神之主,请垂欢喜,除去一切诅咒。你是我觉醒的导师,也是我内在的启发与推动者;因此唯有你能遮止并平息这些苦患。
Satī (addressing Lord Śiva)
Tattva Level: pati
Shiva Form: Dakṣiṇāmūrti
Mantra: प्रसन्नो भव देवेश सर्वशापान्निराकुरु । सबोधः प्रेरकस्त्वं मे त्वमेवं विनिवारकः
Type: stotra
Shakti Form: Satī
Role: teaching
Offering: pushpa
The verse highlights Śiva as Pati—the compassionate Lord who alone can dissolve obstacles like curses and karmic afflictions, guiding the soul (paśu) from bondage (pāśa) toward liberation through grace.
It reflects Saguna devotion—approaching Śiva as Deveśa who listens, becomes pleased (prasanna), and actively removes suffering. In Linga-worship, the devotee similarly seeks Śiva’s anugraha (grace) to neutralize negativity and restore dharma.
A practical takeaway is to pray for Śiva’s prasāda while repeating the Pañcākṣarī mantra ("Om Namaḥ Śivāya"), and to perform simple Śiva-upacāra (water offering, bilva leaves, or vibhūti) with the intent of inner purification and removal of obstacles.
