krodharaktekṣaṇaḥ śrīmān punarutthāya sa prabhuḥ | prahartuṃ cakramudyamya hyatiṣṭhatpuruṣarṣabhaḥ
他双目因愤怒而赤红,那光辉的主宰复又起身;举起神轮欲击,作为人中雄牛者,伫立蓄势,准备进攻。

It depicts how intense passions like krodha can surge even in mighty beings, highlighting the Shiva Purana’s recurring lesson that true auspiciousness (śivatva) is found in mastering inner impulses through devotion and discernment.
The verse contrasts a battlefield-like readiness to strike with the stabilizing refuge of Saguna Shiva worship—where the devotee turns from reactive anger toward steadiness, surrender, and purification before the Linga.
As a practical takeaway, japa of the Pañcākṣarī mantra (“Om Namaḥ Śivāya”) with calm breath, optionally while wearing rudrākṣa and applying tripuṇḍra (bhasma), is recommended to transmute anger into clarity and devotion.
