The verse highlights that purity (nirdoṣatā) and steadfast commitment to dharma prepare the soul to come into Śiva’s grace—being “seen by Śambhu” symbolizes the dawning of divine attention that uplifts and guides toward liberation.
Though the Liṅga is not named here, the principle is consistent with Saguna Śiva worship: disciplined dharmic living and inner purity make the devotee fit for Śiva’s presence, which is ritually approached through Liṅga-pūjā as a concrete focus of devotion.
The practical takeaway is Sandhyā-oriented discipline: perform daily Sandhyā-vandana-like prayer, maintain moral purity, and support it with Śiva-smaraṇa and japa of “Om Namaḥ Śivāya,” aligning action (karma) with dharma.
