达克沙说道:“你为何来到此处?又是哪一位造化主安排你进入这会众?噢,世间之师,请垂慈于我,为我开示。”

Tattva Level: pati
Shiva Form: Mahādeva
The verse highlights the turning point where authority and ego seek explanations from the Divine; in Shaiva Siddhanta, true understanding arises not from status but from Śiva’s prasāda (grace), which is requested here explicitly.
By addressing the Lord as “jagadguro,” the verse frames Śiva as the accessible Saguna teacher who enters worldly settings; devotion to the Linga similarly invites the Lord’s presence into one’s life, transforming pride into receptivity to grace.
The practical takeaway is to approach worship with humility and a prayer for prasāda—reciting the Pañcākṣarī mantra “Om Namaḥ Śivāya” before pūjā, mentally offering one’s ego into Śiva, and seeking clarity through quiet japa.
