Himālaya’s Resolution to Give Pārvatī to Śiva
ऋषय ऊचुः । विष्णुमाहूय वै शीघ्रं ससमाजं विशेषतः । ब्रह्माणं ससुतं प्रीत्या तथा देवं शतक्रतुम्
ṛṣaya ūcuḥ | viṣṇumāhūya vai śīghraṃ sasamājaṃ viśeṣataḥ | brahmāṇaṃ sasutaṃ prītyā tathā devaṃ śatakratum
诸仙人说道:“他们迅速召请毗湿奴尊主——尤其连同其全体眷属与会众——又欢喜地召来梵天与其子,并同样请来百祭主沙多迦罗图(因陀罗)。”
The sages (Ṛṣis), in the narrative frame addressed to Sūta Gosvāmin
Tattva Level: pashu
It shows the sages initiating a collective, dharmic consultation by calling the highest cosmic authorities—Viṣṇu, Brahmā, and Indra—implying that even the devas act in coordination when the unfolding of Śiva’s will and the cosmic order must be understood.
Though the Liṅga is not named here, the narrative pattern is Shaiva: the devas and sages assemble to seek resolution that ultimately depends upon Śiva’s grace and saguna manifestation within the world—an indirect affirmation that divine order culminates in Śiva-centered worship and guidance.
The takeaway is saṅgati (holy assembly) and saṅkalpa (clear intention): gather in satsanga, invoke the divine with reverence, and proceed with devotion—supported by Shaiva aids like japa of the Pañcākṣarī (Om Namaḥ Śivāya) and calm, prayerful contemplation.
