凭借梵天(Brahmā)所赐的恩赐之力,他使诸世界陷入动荡。众天神被他击败,也同样被逐出各自的天界居所。

Cosmic Event: World-order disruption (jagat-ucchī) as a localized ‘pralaya-like’ upheaval caused by adharmic power.
It highlights that power gained through boons can still bind one to disorder and pride; lasting auspiciousness arises only under Śiva’s lordship (Pati) and dharma, not from mere cosmic authority.
The verse sets the narrative need for divine restoration: when cosmic balance collapses, devotees turn to Saguna Śiva—often worshiped as the Liṅga—for protection, reestablishment of order, and grace that transcends boon-born power.
A practical takeaway is to seek Śiva’s refuge through japa of the Pañcākṣarī mantra (Om Namaḥ Śivāya) and steady devotion, rather than relying on worldly “boons” such as status or force.
