Transliteration

paramātmānamapi ca praṇavādyaṃ namoṃtakam | caturthyantaṃ japitvā'tha saktumuṣṭiṃ pragṛhya ca

Translation

随后，他应诵念以“唵”(Oṃ)为始、以“那摩哈”(namaḥ)为终、用与格奉献之圣咒——即使是奉献于至上自性——然后以手取一把大麦粉（saktu）握持。
