किमु ष्विदस्मै निविदो भनन्तेन्द्रस्यावद्यं दिधिषन्त आपः । ममैतान्पुत्रो महता वधेन वृत्रं जघन्वाँ असृजद्वि सिन्धून् ॥
Transliteration
kím u ṣv id asmai nivído bhananténdrasyāvádyam didhiṣanta ā́paḥ | mamā́itān putró mahatā́ vadhéna vṛtráṃ jaghanvā́m̐ asṛ́jad ví síndhūn ||
Translation
为何诸宣告竟为他而鸣响——诸水难道要把罪咎钉在因陀罗身上吗？我这儿子以伟大的武器诛灭弗栗陀罗（Vṛtra），并放出诸河，使其广阔奔流。
