यथायजो होत्रमग्ने पृथिव्या यथा दिवो जातवेदश्चिकित्वान् । एवानेन हविषा यक्षि देवान्मनुष्वद्यज्ञं प्र तिरेममद्य ॥
Transliteration
yáthā́yajo hotrám agne pṛthivyā́ yáthā́ divó jā́tavedas cikitvā́n | evā́néna havíṣā yakṣi devā́n manuṣvád yajñáṃ prá tirémám adyá ||
Translation
如昔日你在大地上履行祭司之职，如你自天界——噢，生知者（Jātavedas）——以明觉而行；今亦如是：以此供献（havis）祭献诸天，依人间之法而行。今日请将此祭（yajña）推进，使之越过当下的界限。
