Transliteration

tatas tu sañcodayāno vai harīn rakṣo-raṇa-priyān | uvāca vacanaṃ kāle kāla-jño rakṣasāṃ varaḥ ||6.90.7||

Translation

随后，毗毗沙那——罗刹中最卓越者，善知时机——在适当之时说出言辞，激励那些渴望与罗刹交战的婆那罗众。
