Viśvāmitra Attains Brahmarṣi Status
एष राम मुनिश्रेष्ठ एष विग्रहवांस्तप:।।।।एष धर्मपरो नित्यं वीर्यस्यैष परायणम्।
eṣa rāma muniśreṣṭha eṣa vigrahavāṃs tapaḥ | eṣa dharmaparo nityaṃ vīryasya eṣa parāyaṇam ||
此人,罗摩啊,是诸牟尼之最胜;他乃苦行之化身。恒常奉持达摩,他是灵力的巅峰与归依。
O Rama! he is the foremost of ascetics, an embodiment of asceticism, always intent on virtue. He is the ultimate repository of ascetic energy".
Dharma is presented as a lived embodiment: the ideal teacher is one whose inner discipline (tapas) and moral alignment (dharma) are inseparable.
