若你修习这两门圣学,无与伦比的声名必将归于你。这两种光辉的学问,被称为造物祖神梵天(Brahmā)的两位女儿。噢,迦库特斯塔啊,你确实正法具足,完全堪受此教。
O Rama, born in the line Kakutstha and one who is righteous, these two radiant sciences are daughters of the grandsire Brahma. If you pursue these two sciences, you will get unequalled fame. You are a fit person to confer these two sciences.
Dharma governs transmission of power: potent knowledge is entrusted only to a morally qualified person. Righteous character (dhārmikatva) is treated as the prerequisite for receiving luminous, effective learning.
Viśvāmitra legitimizes Bala and Atibala by tracing them to Brahmā and declares Rāma a worthy recipient, predicting fame through disciplined study.
Rāma’s dharmic fitness—moral reliability and adherence to truth and duty—making him an appropriate bearer of sacred power.
