他们说道:“来吧,温和的贤者,到我们的修行林苑(阿湿罗摩)来;在那里也必将以更为殊胜的礼遇款待你。”
'O handsome one, come to our hermitage. A special, sumptuous hospitality will be extended to you', they said.
Hospitality is a dharmic ideal, yet dharma also demands satya and purity of intention; the verse foregrounds the ethical ambiguity of using ‘welcome’ to lead someone away from their rightful discipline.
The women invite Ṛśyaśṛṅga to come to their (staged) hermitage, promising even more splendid reception, advancing the plan to bring him out of the forest.
Polished speech and persuasive hospitality (used instrumentally), contrasted with Ṛśyaśṛṅga’s trusting nature.
