tasyāyaṁ karmaṇo devi vipākaḥ samupasthitaḥ | apathyaiḥ saha bhukte vyādhir anna-rase yathā ||

Translation

王后啊，那件行为成熟的果报如今已临到我身上——如同食饮不宜之物而生的疾病一般。
