अत्र्याश्रमगमनम् तथा अनसूयोपदेशः
Arrival at Atri’s Hermitage and Anasuya’s Counsel
त्वद्विधास्तु गुणैर्युक्ता दृष्ट लोक परावराः।स्त्रिय स्स्वर्गे चरिष्यन्ति यथा धर्मकृतस्तथा।।।।
tvadvidhās tu guṇair yuktā dṛṣṭalokaparāvarāḥ |
striyas svarge cariṣyanti yathā dharmakṛtas tathā ||
而像你这样的女子——具足诸德,能辨世间高下——将如行持达摩之人一般,在天界自在游行。
Women like you who are endowed with virtues and can distinguish between good and bad in this world, like those who perform virtuous deeds, will move about in heaven.
Dharma joined with discernment and virtue is portrayed as elevating: moral clarity (parāvara-viveka) supports right action and its fruits.
Anasūyā encourages Sītā, presenting the positive spiritual outcome attributed to steadfast, discerning dharmic conduct.
Guṇa-sampad (excellence of character) together with viveka (discrimination between right and wrong).
