Hearing of Daśaratha’s death and the libation rites at Mandākinī

当迦库特斯塔如此言说时,那些显赫王子眼中涌出更多泪水。
While the scion of the Kakutsthas was saying thus, copious tears welled up from the eyes of all those illustrious sons of Dasaratha.
Dharma includes appropriate human response: grief and empathy are not opposed to righteousness; they deepen familial loyalty and motivate the performance of rightful rites.
After Rama announces Dasharatha’s death, the royal brothers/princes are overwhelmed and begin to weep.
Shared compassion and solidarity among the brothers—sorrow is borne together, not in isolation.
