FAQs

They are classes of celestial beings: Gandharvas are famed as divine musicians, Cāraṇas as heavenly bards who praise the gods, and Siddhas as perfected beings endowed with spiritual attainments, often depicted as inhabitants of higher realms.

It evokes a heavenly landscape—an otherworldly realm characterized by auspicious, superhuman beauty and abundance—used in Purāṇic literature to signal sanctity, merit, and divine presence.

The verse frames divinity as accompanied by purity, harmony, and higher beings—implying that spiritual elevation (through dharma, devotion, and inner refinement) leads toward environments and states “filled with divine qualities.”
