Brahmā’s Discourse to Mohinī
Harivāsara, Desire, and the Satya-Test of Rukmāṅgada
इति श्रीबृहन्नारदीयपुराणोत्तरभागे मोहिनीं प्रति ब्रह्मवाक्यं नाम सप्तमोऽध्यायः ॥ ७ ॥
iti śrībṛhannāradīyapurāṇottarabhāge mohinīṃ prati brahmavākyaṃ nāma saptamo'dhyāyaḥ || 7 ||
至此,神圣《广那罗陀往世书》后分(Uttara-bhāga)中名为《梵天对摩希尼之开示》的第七章圆满结束。
Sūta (colophon-style narrator attribution; chapter-ending formula)
Vrata: none
Rasa: {"primary_rasa":"shanta","secondary_rasa":"none","emotional_journey":"A calm closure marker—formal completion and textual settling."}
This is a colophon that sanctifies and seals the teaching by naming the chapter, its addressee (Mohinī), and its authority (Brahmā), reminding the reader that Purāṇic wisdom is transmitted through a recognized lineage and textual structure.
Indirectly: by identifying the discourse as “Brahmavākya,” it frames the chapter as authoritative instruction—typically used in Purāṇas to support dharma and devotion—though the verse itself is a structural marker rather than a doctrinal statement.
It reflects Vyākaraṇa-style precision in textual organization (naming, sectioning, and reference markers) and the Purāṇic convention of adhyāya-colophons used for accurate citation and preservation in recitation traditions.
