Goloka-tattva and Rādhā–Kṛṣṇa Upāsanā
गोलोकवर्णनं सर्वं राधाकृष्णमयं तथा । या तु राधा विधिसुते देवी देववरार्चिता ॥ २१ ॥
golokavarṇanaṃ sarvaṃ rādhākṛṣṇamayaṃ tathā | yā tu rādhā vidhisute devī devavarārcitā || 21 ||
因此,对果洛迦的一切描绘皆充满罗陀与奎师那之气息。而那罗陀——噢,梵天法令之女——乃至上女神,连诸天中最尊胜者亦向她礼敬供奉。

It asserts that Goloka is not merely a place but a divine reality wholly saturated with the presence and sovereignty of Radha and Krishna, with Radha honored as a supreme Goddess revered even by the gods.
By presenting Goloka as “Radha–Krishna-made,” it directs devotion toward loving remembrance and worship of the Divine Couple, implying that the highest spiritual attainment is communion with their divine presence.
No specific Vedāṅga (like Vyākaraṇa, Jyotiṣa, or Kalpa) is taught in this verse; the emphasis is theological—establishing the object of worship and the hierarchy of divine reverence.
