Narada (within the Narada–Sanatkumara dialogue frame)
Vrata: Śrāvaṇa-caturdaśī / Kāma-liṅga tithi-māhātmya (as implied)
Primary Rasa: adbhuta
Secondary Rasa: bhakti
It links the fruit of religious merit with a celestial attainment (Sūryaloka) and marks Śrāvaṇa caturdaśī as a sacred time when the Kāma-liṅga is said to have manifested, emphasizing the power of properly timed devotion.
By highlighting a holy manifestation day and the resulting blessed state, the verse supports bhakti expressed through observance—worship and vrata performed on an auspicious tithi with faith, leading to elevated spiritual destinations.
The verse uses calendrical precision—Śrāvaṇa month and caturdaśī tithi—reflecting Jyotiṣa/Vedāṅga time-reckoning used to determine proper ritual timing in Narada Purana rituals.
