It teaches that charity (dāna) becomes fully fruitful when done according to proper vidhi, with humility—shown by pradakṣiṇā—and with completion through dakṣiṇā that respectfully satisfies the recipient Brāhmaṇa.
By emphasizing reverent service and respectful giving, it frames ritual charity as an offering done in a devotional spirit—honoring the sacred and those who uphold it—rather than as a mere transaction.
Kalpa (ritual procedure) is implied through “vidhānena,” along with the customary prayoga of pradakṣiṇā and dakṣiṇā as completing acts in a properly executed rite.
