噢至上主,至上安乐,怜爱归依者——愿救护我。噢慈悲之海,超越心意者——向您顶礼。
Narada (as a devotee offering a prayer of surrender)
Vrata: none
Primary Rasa: bhakti
Secondary Rasa: karuna
It is a direct śaraṇāgati (surrender) prayer: the devotee appeals to the Supreme as bliss itself and as compassion personified, affirming that liberation and protection arise from taking refuge in Him.
Bhakti here is expressed as humble dependence—praising the Lord’s qualities (paramānanda, karuṇāsindhu) and requesting grace (“trāhi māṃ”), which reflects devotional surrender rather than self-powered attainment.
No specific Vedāṅga technique is taught in this verse; the practical takeaway is sādhana through stuti and mantra-like prayer—cultivating remembrance and surrender as a daily devotional discipline.
