Yamapatha (The Road of Yama), Dāna-Phala, and the Imperishable Fruition of Karma
अंते च रुद्ररुपेण सर्वमत्तीति निश्चितम् । प्रसयांते समुत्थाय ब्रह्मरुपी जनार्दनः ॥ ६६ ॥
aṃte ca rudrarupeṇa sarvamattīti niścitam | prasayāṃte samutthāya brahmarupī janārdanaḥ || 66 ||
在劫末之时,定论是:祂以鲁陀罗之相吞尽一切。随后于创生之际,阎那尔达那再度兴起,化为梵天之形。
Sanatkumara (teaching Narada)
Vrata: none
Primary Rasa: shanta
Secondary Rasa: adbhuta
It teaches that one Supreme Lord (Janārdana/Vishnu) governs both dissolution and creation by assuming the functional forms of Rudra and Brahmā, pointing to divine unity behind cosmic change.
By identifying Rudra and Brahmā as roles assumed by Janārdana, the verse directs devotion toward the single Supreme Reality rather than fragmenting worship, strengthening ekānta-bhakti (one-pointed devotion).
The verse aligns with Purāṇic cosmology used in Jyotiṣa (Vedic astronomy/astrology) and Kalpa (ritual timing), where pralaya–sṛṣṭi cycles and kalpa calculations inform sacred chronology and observances.
