Household peace is sustained by inner discipline: conflict is not only ‘external fate’ but also moderated by the gṛhastha’s restraint, attention, and right focus.
Ācāra-centered instruction aimed at stabilizing gṛhastha life; not a pancalakṣaṇa cosmological/genealogical segment.
Unceasing quarrel is portrayed as a persistent vṛtti; ‘cintana’ (focused contemplation) and ‘prayatna/niyama’ act as counter-vṛttis that dissolve the pattern at its root.
