Adhyaya 41 — Yogic Conduct and the Discipline Leading to Siddhi
इत्येते च शुभाहारा योगिनः सिद्धिकारकाः ।
तत् प्रयुञ्ज्यान्मुनिर्भक्त्या परमेण समाधिना ॥
ity ete ca śubhāhārā yoginaḥ siddhikārakāḥ | tat prayuñjyān munir bhaktyā parameṇa samādhinā ||
如是,这些适宜之食为瑜伽行者能生就成就(悉地,siddhi)。故圣者当以虔敬之心,并以最上等持(三摩地,samādhi)而受持之。

External discipline (food) is not an end in itself; it is to be integrated with inner discipline—devoted, steady practice culminating in samādhi.
Didactic dharma-yoga instruction (ācāra). Not directly one of the five marks, but a common Purāṇic supplement to them.
Food becomes ‘sādhana’ when taken as an offering to the practice—supporting prāṇa balance and mental one-pointedness rather than sensory gratification.
