धारयेद्धारणामुष्णे शीतां शीते च दाहिनीम् ।
कीलं शिरसि संस्थाप्य काष्ठं काष्ठेन ताडयेत् ॥
dhārayeddhāraṇām uṣṇe śītāṃ śīte ca dāhinīm /
kīlaṃ śirasi saṃsthāpya kāṣṭhaṃ kāṣṭhena tāḍayet //
在热时,应保持清凉之定;在寒时,应保持炽热(如焚烧)之定。譬如将楔置于头上,以木击木,使之入位或出位。
