अस्नेहाश्चापि गोधूमयवगोरसविक्रियाः । शशकः कच्छपो गोधा श्वावित् खड्गोऽथ पुत्रक ॥

asnehāścāpi godhūmayavagorasavikriyāḥ | śaśakaḥ kacchapo godhā śvāvit khaḍgo 'tha putraka ||

Translation

又当避免：无脂之小麦与大麦制品，以及无脂之牛乳制品（即不加酥油/油者）。并且，孩子啊，亦当避食野兔、龟、鬣蜥、豪猪与犀牛。
