Adhyaya 33 — Madālasa on the Fruit of Śrāddha Performed on Lunar Days and Nakṣatras
स्त्रियो नवम्यां प्राप्रोति दशम्यां पूर्णकामताम् । वेदांस्तथाप्नुयात् सर्वानेकादश्यां क्रियापरः ॥
striyo navamyāṃ prāpnoti daśamyāṃ pūrṇa-kāmatām / vedāṃs tathāpnuyāt sarvān ekādaśyāṃ kriyā-paraḥ
在九日(Navamī)可得女子(即婚姻与伴侣之成就);在十日(Daśamī)可得诸欲圆满。又在十一日(Ekādaśī),勤修仪轨者将获得一切吠陀——亦即圆备的神圣学识。

This is dharma/ritual phala-kathana, not one of the five purāṇic characteristics.
‘Attaining the Vedas’ can signify inner illumination: ritual exactness (kriyāparatā) becomes a ladder from desire-management toward knowledge and discernment.
