Yogakṣema, Purohita, and the Mucukunda–Vaiśravaṇa Dialogue (योगक्षेम–पुरोहित–मुचुकुन्दवैश्रवणसंवादः)
तत उग्रं तपस्तप्त्वा वसिष्ठो धर्मवित्तम: | रक्षांस्युपावधीत् तस्य पन्थानं चाप्यविन्दत
tata ugraṁ tapas taptvā vasiṣṭho dharmavittamaḥ | rakṣāṁsy upāvadhīt tasya panthānaṁ cāpy avindata ||
随后，最通达正法的婆悉吒行起严酷的苦行。凭借那股灵力，他歼灭了罗刹，并为国王寻得一条可致胜的道路。此段强调：合乎正法的洞见与自律的苦行，能扫除暴烈的障碍，开辟通往成功的正当之途。
