Truthfulness and righteous kingship possess transformative moral power: a king established in satya becomes a source of merit for others, so that even those who merely behold such a great-souled ruler are said to attain heaven.
Vāyudeva praises King Dilīpa (called Śatadhanvā) as a truthful, great-souled monarch and declares that people who had the fortune to see him gained heavenly attainment, highlighting the king’s exceptional dharmic stature.
