कपिलगोसंवादे गृहस्थ-त्यागधर्मयोः प्रमाण्यविचारः

अग्नीन् परिचरन् सम्यक् स्वाध्यायपरमो द्विज: । वानप्रस्थविधानज्ञों जाजलिज्वलित: श्रिया
agnīn paricaran samyak svādhyāya-paramo dvijaḥ | vānaprastha-vidhāna-jño jājali-jvalitaḥ śriyā ||
毗湿摩说道：“那位两生的圣者恰当地奉事圣火，并且最为专注于自习诵读吠陀（svādhyāya）。通晓林居期（vānaprastha）所规定的戒律，阇阇利（Jājali）以灵性的光辉熠熠生辉，仿佛被光明点燃。”
