भीष्म उवाच अतीव तपसा युक्तो घोरेण स बभूव ह । तथोपस्पर्शनरत:ः सायं प्रातर्महातपा:
bhīṣma uvāca | atīva tapasā yukto ghoreṇa sa babhūva ha | tathopasparśana-rataḥ sāyaṃ prātar mahā-tapāḥ |
毗湿摩说道:凭借极其严酷的苦行,他确实成为一位令人敬畏的苦行者。那位大修行者专注于仪式性的净身——沐浴洁净,并以严整不辍的规律履行晨昏之礼——俨然是自制坚定、恪守林居期(vānaprastha)义务的典范。
भीष्म उवाच
