त्रिवर्गमूलनिश्चयः — Determining the Roots of Dharma, Artha, and Kāma
Mahābhārata, Śānti-parva 123
तदाप्रभृति राजेन्द्र ऋषिभि: संशितव्रतै: । मुञ्जपृष्ठ इति प्रोक्त: स देशो रुद्रसेवित:
tadāprabhṛti rājendra ṛṣibhiḥ saṃśitavrataiḥ | muñjapṛṣṭha iti proktaḥ sa deśo rudrasevitaḥ ||
毗湿摩说道：“自那时起，大王啊，持严苦而守纪律之仙人们便称那片地域为‘门阇普利什塔’。此乃因鲁陀罗（Śiva）之礼敬与临在而得以净化的圣土。”
