मृदु-तीक्ष्ण-नीति तथा दुष्टलक्षण-विज्ञानम्
Measured Policy and the Recognition of Malicious Disposition
यदा बहुविधां वृद्धि मन्येत प्रतिलोमत: । तदा विवृत्य प्रहरेद् दस्यूनामविचारयन्
yadā bahuvidhāṁ vṛddhiṁ manyeta pratilomataḥ | tadā vivṛtya prahared dasyūnām avicārayan |
毗湿摩说道：“当国王察觉己方的富强以多种方式增长——出乎敌人所料——那时便不应再有迟疑，应当公开果断出手，毫不踌躇地打击盗贼与劫掠之徒。”
