Educational Q&A

The verse highlights readiness and purposeful action in a charged ethical landscape: the Pāṇḍava leader proceeds with his brothers toward the royal court, suggesting that dharma often requires entering difficult public arenas—prepared, composed, and supported by rightful allies.

Vaiśaṃpāyana narrates that the Pāṇḍava (Pārtha), with his brothers, mounts a chariot made ready by Bāhlīka and departs—beginning the journey to Hastināpura, a key political center where consequential events of the Sabha Parva unfold.
