Karṇa-parva Adhyāya 58 — Arjuna’s Arrow-Storm and Relief of Bhīmasena
आगच्छमानांस्तान् संख्ये प्रहशन् विजयैषिण: । दधारैको रणे कर्णो जलौघानिव पर्वत:
sañjaya uvāca |
āgacchamānāṁs tān saṅkhye prahaśan vijayaiṣiṇaḥ |
dadhāraiko raṇe karṇo jalaughān iva parvataḥ ||
三阇耶说道：当那些武士怀着求胜之心、含笑而进时，迦尔那（Karṇa）独自一人便在战场上将他们阻住——如同高山遏止奔涌的洪流。
