The Tumult of Battle Described
पोथयन् रथवृन्दानि वाजिवृन्दानि चाभिभू: । कर्षयन् रथवृन्दानि बाहुवेगेन पाण्डव:
pothayan rathavṛndāni vājivṛndāni cābhibhūḥ | karṣayan rathavṛndāni bāhuvegena pāṇḍavaḥ ||
三阇耶说道：那位般度之子压制成群的战车与大队的战马，将其击倒；又凭臂力之雄浑，拖拽撕裂，使战车阵列四散崩解。此偈点明战场现实：个人武勇与纪律之力决定眼前胜负，纵然更宏大的战争仍系于正当之法与其后果的追问。
