निविष्टान् पाण्डवांश्वैव प्रीयमाणान् महारथान् । भीष्मस्य पतने हृष्टानुपगम्य महाबल:
niviṣṭān pāṇḍavāṃś caiva prīyamāṇān mahārathān | bhīṣmasya patane hṛṣṭān upagamya mahābalaḥ ||
三阇耶说：见般度五子诸大车战士安坐自若，因毗湿摩之倒而欣然欢庆，那位大力者便在适当之时走近他们。此景表明：即便是正义之战，胜利亦伴随复杂情绪——对关键转折的释然与喜悦，却又被长者陨落的沉重与行持达摩所需的克制与规范所笼罩。
