अभिपेतुर्भुशं क्रुद्धाश्छादयन्तश्न॒ पाण्डवम् | भीष्मके धनुषका काटा जाना कौरव महारथियोंको सहन नहीं हुआ। द्रोण
sañjaya uvāca | abhipeturbhuśaṃ kruddhāś chādayantaś ca pāṇḍavam |
三阇耶说：他们怒不可遏，径直冲向般度之子，并乘势紧逼，以一阵阵箭雨将他层层遮蔽。在这场战争的道德氛围中，此刻显出：嗔怒与争胜之心，竟能驱使大勇士也把全部力量集中于一名敌手，使战场化为对忍耐、决断与坚守所择之法（dharma）的考验，纵在滔天暴烈之中亦然。
