भीष्मस्य शरशय्या-प्राप्तिः
Bhīṣma’s Fall to the Arrow-Bed
घटोत्कचं रणे यान्तं निघ्नन्तं तव वाहिनीम् । दुर्मुख: समरे प्रायाद् भीष्महेतो: पराक्रमी
sañjaya uvāca |
ghaṭotkacaṁ raṇe yāntaṁ nighnantaṁ tava vāhinīm |
durmukhaḥ samare prāyād bhīṣma-hetoḥ parākramī ||
三阇耶说道：“见迦托迦遮在阵中推进，屠戮你的军队，勇猛的杜尔穆迦为护毗湿摩，便冲入战阵与之交锋。于是，在战争的混乱里，个人武勇也被对统帅的忠诚与职责所驱使，纵然对手是可怖而毁灭性的强敌。”
