अग्निर्वाच दिवं देवेन्द्र पृथिवीं च सर्वा संवेष्टयेस्त्वं स्‍्वबलेनैव शक्र । एवंविधस्येह सतस्तवासौ कथं वृत्रस्त्रिदिवं प्राग्‌ जहार

Transliteration

agnir uvāca divaṃ devendra pṛthivīṃ ca sarvāṃ saṃveṣṭayasi tvaṃ svabalenaiva śakra | evaṃvidhasyeha satastavāsau kathaṃ vṛtras tridivaṃ prāk jahāra ||

Translation

阿耆尼说道：“噢，天帝（提婆因陀罗）、噢，释迦罗！凭你自身与生俱来的威力，你包罗大地与天界。若你此时此地的神力如此，往昔弗栗陀罗又怎能夺取你的天界（诸神之域）？”
