Abhimanyu’s Śrāddha; Vyāsa’s Assurance of the Unborn Heir (अभिमन्योः श्राद्धं तथा गर्भरक्षणोपदेशः)
सुभद्रा तु तमुत्क्रान्तमात्मजस्य वर्ध रणे । आचक्ष्व कृष्ण सौभद्रवधमित्यपतद् भुवि
subhadrā tu tam utkrāntam ātmajasya vṛddha-raṇe | ācakṣva kṛṣṇa saubhadra-vadham iti apatad bhuvi ||
毗湿摩衍那说：然而苏跋陀罗见儿子之死的消息仍未被说出，便提醒克里希纳道：“兄长，也请说一说娑乌跋陀罗（阿毗曼纽）被杀之事。”话音方落，她便昏厥倒地——悲恸冲破了战后叙事中刻意的克制。
