यथाध्वानमपाथेय: प्रपन्नो मनुज: क्वचित् । क्लेशेन याति महता विनश्येदन्तरापि च
yathādhvānam apātheyaḥ prapanno manuṣaḥ kvacit | kleśena yāti mahatā vinaśyed antarāpi ca ||
风神（Vāyu）说道：“譬如有人出行而不备路粮，只能在极大艰辛中前进，甚至半途丧命；同样，若行走人生之途而缺乏必要的内在资粮——正行、克制与预备——便将暴露于苦难与毁灭之中。”
